This weeks free technical social distance session, is made by the Head of Foundation Phase Coaching at RB Køge, Thomas William.
The RBK Method is the this period of time adapted to the scenario where we in Denmark only are allowed to train in groups of 4 + 1 coach(or 5 without a coach)
During this period of time, our teams can train 2-3 times a week, if two times a week, we do one technical session ending up with small sided games and session two as RBK game day. If three sessions a week, we have two sessions with focus on basic technical skills and ending up with an RBK game day.
Session duration: 60 minutes + breaks
